Tamara Uzilov is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and New York State licensed Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist (CDN) specializing in functional and integrative women's health and pediatrics.
Tamara helps patients navigate conversations surrounding food, health, and our bodies. She believes that having a healthy relationship with food is key to improved quality of life and ultimately, longevity. Tamara practices evidence-based nutrition offering comprehensive treatment plans that address multiple layers of a patient’s health. Her goal is to empower her patients so they can feel competent in taking care of themselves and their families effectively.
Tamara treats a range of health conditions throughout the lifecycle: fertility, pregnancy, prenatal care, breast/formula feeding, transition to solids, food allergies/sensitivities, picky eating, failure to thrive, disordered eating, menopause, PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, thyroid dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, gut health (SIBO, IBS/IBD).
